Fortunately Albert sees a 99.5% app log-in success rate. However, there might be some reasons why logging in is not working.

  1. You have an older version of the app. We are improving and adding new handy features to the Albert service all the time. For this reason, sometimes we need to say goodbye to earlier versions. So, always make sure you have the latest version of the app. Check the Albert page in the app store to see if you have the latest version. If not, please upgrade to the latest version from here: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/id1009408130?mt=8
  2. The App Store has incorrectly not detected you don't have the latest version of the app.
    We have seen some cases where the app store does not tell you to upgrade the app, despite a newer version being available. You can try to delete the app from your phone and re-install it from the app store here: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/id1009408130?mt=8. No worries: your data is safe and will show up again when you log in again into the latest version of the app.
  3. After an upgrade of the app, the app says "app config error". We have seen this a few times and it is caused by app store not properly updating the app. In this case, delete your app first and then re-install it from the app store here: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/id1009408130?mt=8. No worries: your data is safe and will show up again when you log in again into the latest version of the app.
